Volunteers Make All the Difference
Volunteers are the driving force and heart of our rescue. Everyone associated with DivaPets Cat Rescue is a volunteer. There are lots of opportunities to make a difference for the kitties in our care.
- Foster - Can you take kitties into your home, love and care for them, socialize them, and develop them into wonderful pets? Fostering might be a great fit for you!
- Event Worker - Can you talk to people and help them meet just the right kitty for their family? If so, working adoption and other events might be the place for you to make a difference.
- Cage Cleaning, Laundry, or other Support - Can't do guest facing work or foster? We have lots of other things that need done to support our kitties, including transport, data entry, cage cleaning, checking on cats at PetSmart, errands, social media, website support, or other.
- Medical Assistant - Do you have a background in the medical (human or animal) field? Are you interested in learning about basic pet medical? If so, then assisting our Medical Director might be a great fit for you.
- Fundraising - Are you good at research? Finding resources? Asking for donations? Coming up with creative fund raisers? We need you too!
